Technical Information

These are the Items needed for a professional live show: 

Technical Ryder

 The System Must be able to reach at least 350 people (for indoor concert) For festival sound system must reach at least a 1/4 mile.

■ One 16 or 32-channel Sound digital Mixing Board (Midas, Allen & Heath or Behringer X32 preferred) 

■ Two (2) 15" inch TOP powered Active Speakers with stands - At least 500 Watts RMS/ 8 Ohm PA Speaker each Titanium Compression Horn Drivers. 

Two (2) 15 or 18" Powered Active Subwoofers - at least 600 Watts RMS/8ohms One (1) 16 Channel 50' XLR Snake Cable with 1/4" Returns. 

Five (5) 15" Wedge Style Powered Floor Monitors - and 3 DI Boxes 

■ Five (5) Shure 58 Dynamic Range Vocal Microphones, Cordless preferred, but wired is fine as well. 

■ Full mic package for drums Five (5) Round Base Solid Microphone Stands - 2 Boom Stand and one Tabletop Boom Stand for kick drum 

■ All the necessary cords, XLR, effectively. With sound Tech. 

Adapters and Power Strips needed to run system.

■ Note: The brand doesn't really matter, long as it is a Quality PA sound system, but here are a few brands that we are familiar with: QSC, JBL, Mackie, Peavey, Behringer, Roland and Yamaha or equivalent.

7. Drums - Complete drum kit (Pearl, DW, Premier or Tama Club) 

kick - Shure or equivalent Fully Mic'd (Some Gate & Comp if need) 

Snare - AKG or Equivalent “Clip or Stand Gate 

Hi-Hat - AKG or Equivalent "Boom Comp 

Overhead - AKG or Equivalent "Boom Comp 

Floor Tom 1 - AKG or Equivalent "Clip or Stand Comp 

Floor Tom 2 - AKG or Equivalent "Clip or Stand Comp 

8. Bass - DI Box or May go direct into Amp 

9. Percussion - Mic/ 2 Overheads Will need to be mic'd Boom Reverb 

10. Saxophone - Mic/Sen or AKG Will need to be mic'd Boom Comp

11. Trumpet - Mic/Sen or AKG Will need to be mic'd Boom Comp

12. Trombone - Mic/Sen or AKG Will need to be mic'd Boom Comp
